Microbiological Testing Services
Food Pathogens
Food microbiology is one of the main concerns in food safety monitoring. Under the Public Health and Municipal Services Ordinance, Chapter 132, Section 54, it is an offence to sell food which unfit for human consumption.
Enviro Labs Limited serves food providers with various food microbial tests, including all microbial tests stated in the “Microbiological Guidelines for Food” issued by the Centre for Food Safety of Hong Kong.
